Huge congratulations to 3 of our students who recently were proud recipients of John Paul 11 awards! All three students have shown great commitment and dedication and are an inspiration to all on our school for the great leadership they have shown in the work they did in their parishes!
Gregory Hendricken Phelan was awarded the Papal Cross which is the highest award. This involved a 26 week project where Gregory was totally immersed in his parish as a Eucharistic Mnister, a Minister of the Word as well as youth work and singing in the choir !
Mark Walshe was awarded the Gold Medal and was equally involved in his parish where he showed his commitment in being a Minister of the Word and community involvement which kept him fully immersed for a full 20 weeks. Great work Mark! Well done!
Conor McKenna was also awarded the Gold Medal for his total involvement in his parish where he was a Eucharistic Minister, a youth worker as well as an altar server. Huge involvement !
Well done to all three young men who took on the challenge and completed the taks so well. You are an inspiration to our students and have been an invaluabe asset to your parishes! Congratulation to all!
